The four phases and what they deliver

Phase 1 — Prepare produces a sharpened focal question: the specific strategic decision or challenge the entire analysis is built around. A vague focal question produces vague scenarios. Phase 3 — Insight produces four scenarios: genuinely different worlds built from your two most critical uncertainties, each with a narrative, key implications, and early signals. These are not optimistic/base/pessimistic variations — they are structurally different futures with different logics about who wins, what's scarce, and how your strategy performs.

Phase 4 — Action produces a strategy portfolio: a set of moves tested against all four futures, sorted into no-regret moves (hold in every future), hedges (hold in specific futures), and gaps (what the uncomfortable scenario demands that isn't yet in the plan). This phase includes the basic wind tunnel — a pass/fail test of each strategy against each future — and a basic PDF export.

The premium add-ons — what each one answers

What Deep Narratives adds: 2-3 pages per scenario with a timeline of how the world unfolds, stakeholder-specific perspectives, and the strategic implications per actor. Scenario Radar — €25 What the base gives you: four scenarios that feel different. What the Radar adds: a quantified Divergence Score showing how different your four futures actually are across eight dimensions, visualised as overlapping radar charts. When it matters: if the Divergence Score is low, your scenarios are too similar — the matrix hasn't done its job, and the wind tunnel results will be misleading. The Radar is the quality check on the scenario construction itself.

Wind Tunnel Pro — €45 What the base gives you: a pass/fail test — does this strategy survive this future, yes or no. What Wind Tunnel Pro adds: a multi-dimensional score for every strategy in every future across resilience, competitive advantage, risk level, and implementation feasibility. The output is a heat map of your entire portfolio, plus an AI Portfolio Recommendation that synthesises the weakest points. When it matters: when you have more than three strategies and need to understand relative portfolio strength, not just individual strategy survival.

AI Challenger — €30 What the base gives you: a strategy portfolio you built yourself. What the Challenger adds: five structured challenges from an AI that has read your entire project and is designed to argue against it — your biggest blind spot, the assumption that could fail, a strategy overlap you haven't noticed, what you're not doing, and what happens if the transformation scenario arrives faster than modelled. Executive Report — €50 What the base gives you: a PDF export of your project outputs. What the Executive Report adds: a structured 15-25 page document with a cover page, table of contents, executive summary, full environmental scan with the Impact/Uncertainty matrix, all four scenario narratives, the wind tunnel results in a colour-coded table, the strategy portfolio, immediate actions, and a monitoring framework. When it matters: any time the output needs to leave the room — a board pack, an investor conversation, a strategic review with leadership who weren't in the process. The base PDF gives you the analysis; the Executive Report gives you the argument.

Premium Bundle — €150 All five add-ons.
